About

A production hub for people who go live for a living

We are a small UK team of broadcast engineers, camera directors and sound specialists who share one goal: shows that run smoothly on air.

Why fleekery exists

Too many studios are built from excellent parts that were never tuned to work together. Cameras fight the lighting, microphones fight the room and the process lives in one person's head.

fleekery was set up to close that gap. We work across news programmes, interviews and live shows, bringing equipment integration, camera craft, acoustics, lighting and dependable workflows into a single, rehearsed approach.

What we stand for

Reliability first

We design for the worst minute of the busiest show, with backups that are rehearsed, not assumed.

Clean sound

Dialogue that is clear in every room starts with the room itself, so we treat acoustics as part of the rig.

Light with intent

Every lighting plan is balanced to the cameras and the set, so faces look natural from the first rehearsal.

Crews who own it

We leave your people confident, with documentation they wrote alongside us.

The people on your rig

The specialists you meet on the scoping call are the ones who turn up on rig day.
